Biography:
Throughout primary school Kiyosumi didn’t have such strong interest in tennis. He played it, yes, but with either his sister or friends on street courts. He didn’t belong to the club. Only in Junior High he decided to join. Though not to improve, or from the love for the game… he just thought that guys belonging to sport clubs were more popular with girls. And yes, Sengoku Kiyosumi developed an interest in the opposite sex quite early in his life. He picked tennis club, as he already knew how to play, enjoyed the game, and was quite good at it.

Thanks to pleasant, cheerful and friendly personality Sengoku had no problems with making friends. He had plenty, and enjoyed spending his free time outside rather than inside. Whether it was playing or simply lying around on the grass in the sun.
